A missed call is usually a missed job. The homeowner calls you, hears voicemail, and calls the next company on Google. An automatic text that goes out seconds after a missed call keeps the conversation going until you can call back. Here are templates you can copy and use today.

Tips for auto-reply texts that get answers

  • Lead with your business name so they know who is texting.
  • Ask one simple question so replying is easy.
  • Keep it under 300 characters so it sends as one message.
  • Only text people who contacted you, and honor STOP requests right away.
  • Follow up yourself as soon as you can. The text buys you time, it doesn't close the job.

Setting this up by hand is fiddly on most phones. With our system, missed-call text back, quote follow-ups and review requests are all automatic, so these messages go out on time even on your busiest day.
