Topline Pro is a monthly plan that gives home service pros a managed website, Google Business Profile help, review tools and simple job tools like quotes and invoices. Its prices are public, and they run from $249 to $399 a month on monthly billing with no setup fee and no contract. There are very few independent reviews of Topline Pro so far, so most of what you can check today comes from the company itself.
Prices checked October 2026. Prices change, so confirm the current numbers on Topline Pro's own pricing page before you sign up.
What Topline Pro is
Topline Pro sells a website and marketing package for home service businesses. The company says its team builds and updates your site, sets up your Google Business Profile, and handles content for you. It also uses AI to write review replies, social posts and quotes.
It fits solo owners and small crews who want a managed website and Google profile without hiring a full agency. If you are on a roof all day and do not want to touch your website, that is the kind of owner Topline Pro is built for.
Topline Pro pricing in 2026
Topline Pro is one of the few companies in this space that lists its prices on its website. Here is what its pricing page showed when we checked.
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | What's included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $249 a month | $199 a month | Custom website with unlimited updates, Google Business Profile setup, SEO site, unlimited review requests and AI replies, AI social posts, AI quotes, invoices, payments and scheduling, unlimited users |
| Core | $349 a month | $279 a month | Everything in Starter plus 4 SEO blog posts a month, 2 Google profile posts a week, 1 Facebook post a week, Nextdoor local job opportunities |
| Pro | $399 a month | $319 a month | Everything in Core plus a Nextdoor prospect feed, 2 Facebook posts a week with photo or video, project showcases, tap-to-review cards |
Topline Pro also sells add-ons. Its Sidekick AI for texts and calls is $200 a month. A Sales Assistant is another $200 a month. Google Ads management costs 20% of your ad spend, with a $150 monthly minimum. Card payments cost 2.9% plus 30 cents per charge.
The pricing page also showed lower intro prices for the first 3 months. That is a temporary offer, so do not plan your budget around it. Paying for a full year up front saves about 20%.
What reviewers say about Topline Pro
This is the hard part of any Topline Pro review. When we checked, G2 showed 0 ratings for Topline Pro. Capterra has a listing called Topline with 12 reviews from 2024, but we could not confirm it is the same company, so we are not using its score.
That means there is no solid star rating to report right now. A small review base does not mean the product is bad. It does mean you have less outside proof to go on, so it is fair to ask Topline Pro for references from contractors in your trade.
What Topline Pro does well
Based on the company's own plan details, a few things stand out in its favor.
- It posts real prices on its website, so you can compare before you get on a sales call.
- It charges no setup fee, according to its pricing page.
- It is month-to-month, and its FAQ says you can cancel anytime.
- Every plan allows unlimited users, which helps if your office manager and crew leads all need access.
- The Starter plan includes basic job tools like quotes, invoices, payments and scheduling, so a small shop may not need a second app for those.
Common complaints and concerns
We found very few firsthand complaints, because there are very few public reviews. The main criticism we found comes from Rebolt, a company that sells a competing product. You should weigh it with that in mind.
- Rebolt says you cannot edit your own site and that changes go through Topline Pro's team.
- Rebolt says Topline Pro works in a web browser only and has no mobile app.
- Rebolt says the screens are hard to find your way around.
- Rebolt says there is no refund if the marketing does not deliver.
Rebolt does not give sources for these claims. Its page also lists Topline Pro prices that do not match the current pricing page, which suggests the page is out of date. Ask Topline Pro about each of these points directly before you decide.
Contract and cancel terms
Topline Pro's FAQ says its plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. If you choose yearly billing, you get about 20% off, but you are paying for the year up front. Read the terms on yearly billing closely so you know what happens if you cancel partway through.
Topline Pro alternatives
Which option fits depends on what you need most. Some contractors want marketing done for them. Others want strong job scheduling software. Some want both.
| Option | How you pay | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Bricked Up Systems | $297 a month, billed every 4 weeks, no contract and no setup fee | Contractors who want a done-for-you website, local SEO, Google profile work, missed-call text back, follow-up and reviews in one plan |
| Hibu | Custom pricing; review sites list a $449 a month starting price; 6 to 12 month terms per Hibu | Local businesses that want one managed vendor for website, listings and ads |
| Scorpion | Prices not published; 12-month contract typical for SEO per Scorpion | Larger contractors who want a full agency with ads, SEO and Local Services Ads |
| Jobber | From $49 a month on monthly billing for 1 user, per Jobber | Small crews who mainly need scheduling, quotes, invoicing and payments |
| GoHighLevel | From $97 a month, month-to-month, per GoHighLevel | Agencies and tech-comfortable owners who want to build their own system |
How Bricked Up Systems compares
Bricked Up Systems is a done-for-you growth system for contractors. The core plan is $297 a month, billed every 4 weeks, with no setup fee and no contract. Topline Pro's Starter plan costs less per month at $249, so if price is your only test, that matters.
Here is what you get with us for $297. We build a lead-generating website with 25 to 35 pages, one for each service and town you work in. We handle local SEO, keyword research, Google Business Profile work, SEO blog posts, and 20 to 50 directory listings. The plan also includes missed-call text back, so every missed call gets a text in seconds while you are under a sink or up a ladder. You also get automated follow-up on open quotes, a CRM, a unified inbox, a tracking number, and review requests after every job.
There are honest differences. Topline Pro's Starter plan includes quotes, invoices and payments. With us, invoicing and online payments are add-ons priced on your call. We are also not field service software. We do not do crew dispatching or route planning, so many shops pair a marketing system with a tool like Jobber.
